Reading ziatogell Table Details

If a table you joined goes offline, we automatically refund your bet or return your balance to your wallet within 30 seconds. You'll see a notification ("Stream interrupted — funds restored"). If you don't see the refund within subject to verification, contact our support team in English or Bahasa Indonesia via the in-app chat. They're available during standard business hours and respond within an hour.
If you can't withdraw after playing, the most common cause is incomplete account verification. Check your account settings to see if you've uploaded ID and address documents.
